With many years of experience in healthcare services, patient communication and treatment coordination, Sevtap Erol began her professional career in 2009 in the cardiology department of a private hospital.

Working in the ECG and stress test units of the cardiology department, she gained experience in preparing patients for examinations, carrying out procedures and following up patient processes. In later years she worked in customer relations, corporate communications and operations management.

Having started working in the IVF field in 2018, Sevtap Erol served in the patient counselling, physician assistance and medication instruction units. She took an active role in informing patients beginning IVF treatment about medication use, conveying treatment plans and maintaining consistent patient–clinic communication.

As an IVF coordinator she gained extensive experience in planning patient processes relating to gynaecology, pregnancy and assisted reproductive treatments; organising physician consultations, following up appointments, providing treatment information and managing patient communication.

With her patient-focused approach to communication, her process management skills and her professional background in IVF coordination, she continues her work as IVF Coordinator at Vita Altera IVF Center.
