Cansel Havvat works as an International Patient Advisor at the Vita Altera IVF Centre, providing services to patients who communicate in Turkish.

She supports Turkish-speaking patients from Turkey and other countries who contact our centre, providing the information, guidance and coordination they require from the initial contact stage right through to the completion of their treatment.

I facilitate communication between the patient and the relevant clinical departments regarding general information on treatment options, the preparation of necessary documents, appointment scheduling and the organisation of the patient’s visit to the centre.

Throughout the treatment period, she supports the maintenance of a regular flow of information between patients, doctors, the nursing team and the embryology laboratory. By channelling patients’ queries to the relevant departments, she helps ensure that treatment programmes are followed in a clear and organised manner.
