Born in 2001, Başak Doğan began her education in healthcare with a dialysis programme, completing the Dialysis Department in 2022. She continued her studies in nursing and graduated from the Nursing Department of Cyprus Aydın University in the 2025–2026 academic year.

Having begun her professional career as an IVF nurse, Başak Doğan continues her work in the field of assisted reproductive technologies. She takes an active role in preparing patients for treatment, carrying out clinical follow-ups, planning care processes and implementing treatment programmes.

Throughout treatment she works in coordination with physicians, the embryology laboratory and other healthcare staff, contributing to the consistent delivery of the nursing care patients need. She supports the accurate provision of information to patients about treatment stages and medication administration.

With her patient-focused approach, her sense of responsibility and her interest in professional development, she aims to provide high-quality, reliable and attentive nursing care. She continues her career in IVF nursing with an open-minded and dedicated approach to her work.
