Ali Şahin works as Transport and Transfer Staff at the Vita Altera IVF Centre. He helps to ensure that the transport arrangements for patients arriving at the centre from various countries are carried out safely, smoothly and on time.
He is responsible for planning and organising patients’ transfers between the airport, their accommodation and the Vita Altera IVF Centre. By liaising with patient coordinators and relevant departments to monitor transfer schedules, he helps ensure patients arrive at the centre on time.
It assists in meeting the transport needs of patients and their relatives visiting Northern Cyprus for treatment; it adopts a service ethos that is friendly, attentive and patient-centred throughout the journey.
Its responsibilities include ensuring vehicles are ready for daily use, regularly monitoring transfer times, and notifying relevant departments of any changes to the transport schedule.
