Salamat Tajiyeva works as an international patient coordinator at the Vita Altera IVF Centre. She communicates in Russian, English and Turkmen to assist with the planning and coordination of treatment processes for patients from various countries who apply to the centre.

She oversees the information and guidance processes required by patients from the initial enquiry stage right through to their arrival at the centre. She helps ensure smooth communication between patients and the healthcare team regarding treatment options, necessary documents, the clinical programme and pre-travel preparations.

Throughout the treatment period, the role supports coordination between patients, doctors, the embryology laboratory and other clinical departments. Responsibilities include forwarding patients’ queries to the relevant departments, monitoring appointments and treatment schedules, and ensuring that necessary information is shared in a timely manner.

Thanks to her multilingual communication skills, she helps patients from different cultural backgrounds to express themselves comfortably and to follow their treatment processes more clearly. She continues her work under the umbrella of the Vita Altera IVF Centre, adopting a patient-centred approach.
