A native English speaker, Fatma Yaman graduated from the Department of Management at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. After completing her education she developed her professional career in public administration, financial planning, business analysis and project coordination.

In the early part of her career she worked as a Local Government Administrative Officer at the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA). She later joined The Learning Trust, which managed education services in the Hackney area of London, as a Business Analyst. In this role she took responsibility for allocating and monitoring school budgets, and delivered training to headteachers and school managers on school financial management.

Before settling in North Cyprus, she worked as a consultant on a number of projects at Norwich Primary Care Trust. She later brought her management, analysis and project experience to the health tourism and IVF sector.

Having worked at different clinics in North Cyprus, Fatma Yaman attended marketing training courses in Istanbul. She represented the healthcare organisations she worked for at the Fertility Show events held in London and managed one IVF centre’s participation in the event.

She currently continues her work at Vita Altera IVF Center as International Business Development Manager. Her role covers managing contracts and collaboration processes with international agencies and sperm banks, developing professional relationships with international physicians and strengthening the organisation’s overseas business partnerships.
