Negin Bayat Tork works as an international patient coordinator at Vita Altera IVF Center. Communicating in Persian, German and English, she supports the planning and coordination of treatment for patients who come to the centre from different countries.

She follows the information and guidance patients need from their first enquiry through to their arrival at the centre. She helps keep communication between the patient and the medical team running smoothly on treatment options, required documents, pre-travel preparations and the clinical schedule.

Throughout treatment, Negin Bayat Tork supports communication between patients, physicians, the embryology laboratory and other clinical units, making sure patients’ questions reach the right department and that treatment programmes are followed up consistently.

Her multilingual communication skills help patients from different cultural backgrounds express themselves more comfortably and follow their treatment process with greater clarity. She continues her work at Vita Altera IVF Center with a patient-focused approach to communication and consistent coordination.
