Born in Zonguldak in 1985, Badegül Yayla graduated from the Nursing Department of Hacettepe University in 2007. She began her professional career the same year as an IVF nurse in Istanbul, moving towards specialisation in assisted reproductive technologies.

Having worked at different stages of IVF treatment, Badegül Yayla gained experience in patient preparation, treatment follow-up, medication administration, the coordination of clinical processes and patient information.

Throughout her career she worked as nurse in charge in a number of countries, including Iraq and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her international experience gave her a comprehensive professional background in communicating with different patient groups, team management, clinical operations and the coordination of nursing services.

Working as head nurse at Vita Altera IVF Center since 2022, Badegül Yayla is responsible for coordinating the nursing team, organising patient care processes, implementing treatment protocols and ensuring that clinical services are delivered in line with quality standards.

With her patient-focused approach and many years of experience in IVF nursing, she continues her work under Vita Altera IVF Center. She is married with two children.
