Cumali Erol has been working at the Vita Altera IVF Centre for many years as Technical Support and Auxiliary Services Staff.

He assists with the regular inspection of the centre’s technical systems, non-equipment assets and operational areas; he also helps to monitor any maintenance and repair requirements that arise. By carrying out the necessary technical checks during day-to-day operations, he helps to identify relevant needs in a timely manner.

In addition to their technical duties, they play an active role in the centre’s support services and provide assistance with the operational needs of various departments. They work in coordination with the relevant teams to ensure the organisation can provide its services in an orderly, safe and uninterrupted manner.
