Fatma Yaman is a Business Development Specialist whose native language is English. She graduated in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

She worked as a Local Government Administrative Officer at the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA). Yaman joined the Learning Trust, which managed education services in the London Borough of Hackney, as a Business Analyst, taking responsibilities such as allocating and monitoring budgets for schools in the Hackney Borough. She trained school principals and administrators on school financial management. Before moving to Cyprus, she worked as a consultant at the Norwich Primary Care Trust and contributed to related projects.

Fatma Yaman has worked in many clinics in Northern Cyprus and is currently serving as the International Business Development Coordinator at Vita Altera IVF Center. She has attended marketing courses in Istanbul and represented the clinics she worked for at the Fertility Show in London. She also organized the participation of an IVF clinic in the Fertility Show.

In her role at Vita Altera IVF Center, she collaborates with doctors from the international community by negotiating contracts and agreements with agencies and sperm banks.
