While working as a Molecular Biologist in a Covid-19 laboratory during the pandemic, I used real-time PCR techniques.

I gained experience assisting the senior embryologist in oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, preparing embryo culture media, laboratory solutions, laboratory procedures, and documenting and recording results.

At the microscopic stage, I prepared smear tests, assisted doctors during macroscopic sample preparation, and recorded patient data.

Practical experience in DNA/RNA isolation, RT-PCR techniques, gel electrophoresis, and analysis. During the pandemic, I observed the preparation and analysis of SARS-CoV2 RT-PCR tests in the COVID-19 laboratory.
